Nordic Pole Sizing Information

Below is a chart to help you determine your Nordic pole size.

Don't Sweat It

Don't get too hung up on the numbers with regards to pole length. Keep in mind that the variables affecting the distance from your hands to the snow are constantly changing and changing fast! Not to mention the snow consitions are so variable (hard-packed vs. soft-powder). The most important thing is that your poles aren't grossly short or grossly long. Use the guidlines and thoughts below and you'll be fine. And always error on going longer. You can always cut those puppies!
